“Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others.”

Bio

David started his career as a Pastry Chef at the prestigious Connaught Hotel in London and stints working in Paris and New York for over 5 years. He has spent the last 10 years based in Sydney but also works internationally. Most recently, he has prop and food styled UK's Sainsbury's Christmas Campaign, and art directed and styled Bill Granger's print and web campaign in Tokyo.

In his time in Australia, David has styled some of Australia's most prestigious books. Peter Gilmore's 'Quay', Greg Doyle's 'Pier' Cookbook, Pete Evans Cookbooks, Valli Little's Delicious Cookbooks over the last 8 years, Elvis and Ben's 'Porteno' cookbook, to name only a few.

Because of David's extensive knowledge of food in the print and digital media, he often consults with design and advertising agencies to offer advice on how best to direct a campaign in look and feel. Also as one of Jamie Oliver's recommended stylists he works extensively with Woolworths Australia on many of the TVC's and print work.
